The Entry Fee for the our Competitions includes a maximum of four members (one designated as the captain) as well as the following:
Team Entry
Meat Purchase Package (provided by The Butchers Market)
One Pincanha: 2-4 lbs (judged)
one pork belly: 2 to 3 lbs (judged)
Three Bone-In Pork Shoulders: 6-9 lbs (judged and peoples choice)
